I would rate my experience so far as a 5 star rating! Main reason for my score is it has pleasant surroundings, friendly and accommodating staff. And I love the landscaping. I decided to renew my my lease because of the convenience of living in this area and I feel safe with the 24 hour guard gate. They are a great crew working here. I would recommend CC Meadows to anyone I know absolutely!

Besides the well kept, beautiful surroundings here, the quiet and peaceful serenity, the staff can only be considered EXCELLENT! I've been here over 5 years now and having found it quite by accident, I've never been so satisfied. THANK YOU Jamie, Property Manager, Brooklyn, Rhonda, Mario and new to the team, Darlene for being so responsive and kind.

Cynthia the leasing agent is very helpful, caring and always gives you an answer to satisfy your question. Will go out of her way to help. People think she is ok. I think she is Awesome. The grounds are alway clean and very organized. The people are very nice and friendly. It is always pleasant to drive through the property. I have lived here 7 years and will renew my lease. I would recommend seniors to live here.

Just moved in 3 days ago and all I can say about this place is hurry up and move here. The apartment I moved into perfect for me. It has new carpet, was clean and ready to move in. The neighbors are friendly. It's always nice to get a good morning or hello from people you pass by in the complex. They've had two events that I know of in three days. The office staff was very helpful. The complex has a 24 hour gatehouse, with a gate that works. I hope my first impressions continue for years to... come.

Moving into the senior apartments at Country Club at the Meadows was the best move my husband and I have made. It is a beautiful community and the are so many amenities here for us residents. We have a full time activity director, a excellent leasing team and maintence crew. I would recommend this place to all active seniors who like to have fun.
