This is a Mutli-Gen Community not a 55+ Community
I live here and 20% of the 156 units are for anyone over 18. There is suppose to be 100% no smoking. You smell pot and cigarettes in and by the elevators, at the mail box clusters, all common areas and up and down the corridors / halls to the apartments. They said absolutely no children can live here, visit, but not live here. There are 4 units that have toddlers, tweens and teens that have lived here for 6 months. This is absolutely not a 100% smoke free or a 55+ community. It is anything but... . The seniors this place was built for, are the ones moving out.
