The apartments are not brand new but not antiquated. The management is sometimes direct but they do seem to be a lot more efficient and productive then apts I have live in before. Not sure about Donna being rude but she does have a presence but she can answer any question and get results! Rest of the staff seem easier to talk to sometimes and should go to them for common issues. Maintenance never gave me issues and was always courteous.

Donna is very rude to the customers and the public. She should learn how to be professional and truly run a business. I feel bad for those who work under her, Diane and Sharon. I had no problems when dealing with Diane and Sharon. Donna has absolutely no people skills or respect when it comes to dealing with people. Office also smells terribly of smoke and is dirty. The apartment we looked at in Williamstown was horrific. They claimed the would clean it up. Sorry but not much you could do to... that unit. It's a shame she runs this business this way. This property is for those that are 55 and older and disabled people. The apartments are OK but they are Antiquated and so is the cable system! Management is rude and maintenance is ok
