Rent increases
Management goes up on rent, which is understandable. But, it should be the same increase for a one BR & same amount for a two BR. But, it varies & not everyone pays the same for the same type of unit. Other than that, it's a nice building.

Note to owner
Great place to live with few exceptions Manager treats residents like they are grammar school kids cost to use washer dryers VERY EXPENSIVE ,we are told to clean door handles in apartment but hallways are never cleaned
