We are a non- profit community, located on 11 acres on hilltop land directly on 200 Pleasant Street, less than one mile from Concord Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock... medical buildings . We offer affordable and accessible living options for seniors, including Independent living apartments with full kitchens and optional meal plans, with a separate entrance. We also offer supported residential living rooms with meal plans. Presidential Oaks has provided senior living and healthcare service options to the Concord Community for over 130 years.
You will have private access to our community which includes country kitchens, billiard/TV rooms, open parlors and a new Tea-Room. All rooms are on a private floor with separate access to secure parking. These rooms come with all utilities free of charge including satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi. Residents can add or choose separate TV/Phone plans. Supported Residential Rooms also have daily nursing care support with Weekly Housekeeping and Laundry Services.
