Cleanliness
The individual apartments are great.
The Hallway floors on the first level is absolutely nasty and fifthy. The bottom level is all carpet, (not a good idea with all the foot traffic)is covered in stains. It's nasty and smells horrible. The elevator floors are filthy. The stairways are filthy and smells of urine. Is there a Janitor for this building. Otherwise find a reliable cleaning service to maintain the common areas.
