The apartments are pretty decent. Not bad rent for these type of apartments, especially in this area. Great upcoming neighborhood. However, the people are horrible! I stay on a somewhat quiet street where the neighbors are very nice. But people who live further down the street make the area unsafe and boisterous at times. I've had my car broken in to, I've learned what close range gun shots sound like and at random you can witness fights in the street. In the 3 years I've lived here.
