Only a block from the Carthage square. Easily accessible to main roads and businesses. Each unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Pest control, filter changes and cleaning of all common areas are done on a regular schedule. Properly reported maintenance issues are quickly addressed. Apartments are available to 18 years old and over and we do have some current availability. Applications are in the lobby.

The Drake is a charming old building close to the beautiful courthouse and square. I've been here for 2 years. There are some really nice people living here and the building is usually very quiet. Management is friendly and very competent and maintenance is quick to address reported issues. I love it here.

I absolutely love the way each apartment is designed with the tenant in mind. Everything is very nice, clean and well kept. I've enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. And, I have great neighbors.
