Income restricted doesn’t mean rent won’t raise
Pros: clean, safe, good local, nice common room.
Cons: substantial yearly rent increases, no amenities like exercise rooms, sauna, pool. Slow maintenance. Watch out Section 42 doesn’t mean a break on rent it’s just a tax break for property owner.

Wonderful Community
We are impressed with the new building. The management staff has been so helpful and friendly. We love living close to shopping and dining and downtown Stillwater. We love it here.
