Don't Move Here
There are no fireplaces in the apartments, there is one in the community room. The building needs lots of repair and cosmetic upgrades. The common areas and especially the stair wells are not kept clean. I have watched this property go down hill for the last four years. They do not enforce their own rules. They only care that the rent is paid.
