Not solely 55 plus/ loud train noise
I couldn't edit my last review to reflect updates. While I personally don't like this bldg And that I wasn't told the truth about the level of noise or how many times the trains really come by which is all day and night. And the fact that you will be woken up from a dead sleep because the train cars sound like they have collided The fact that they make the claim they have a private dog park and a private walkway is an fabrication. The private dog park is in the middle of 3 apt bldg normally... littered with dog poop and has no shade for said animal to be out there. The private walkway?? Huh where.... It's a concrete circle again placed between the 3 bldgs. Luxury bldg ummm Ok If luxury bldg is having to change where your packages can be delivered and if luxury is having a secured bldg not be secured Front door breaking down and anyone free to enter.Other doors you don't even have to use your key fob you can just push a door open. The smell of animal urine and poop outside doors you enter and exit Then this is the place for you. Keep in mind I have a dog but she don't poop right outside the door and its left there. No one lives on site that works for said bldg . And the typical response is We're sorry your not happy reach out to us blah blah blah. They don't really care as long as they've got you locked in.

Train noise
This may help someone with concerns of level if train noise. This apt bldg is listed as a 55 plus. While that is true in part it should also be known only one person renting has to be 55 so it is NOT exclusively 55 plus. You will have to sign a form before you are approved or with your lease in regards to the train noise. So if you sign and are not aware of the true level of noise you are out of luck and stuck So make sure your informed first. It was difficult to get solid information before I... signed my lease on the level of noise from trains. So the tracks are located about 60 feet from the bldg.There are 4 separate tracks and the Northstar also runs on this. The trains run past this bldg constantly I would say about every 30 to 45 minutes Day and night and often stopping directly behind bldg which can lead to the smell of the diesel fuel wafting in your windows. That is if you have any windows open. In my opinion you can't leave the patio door or any windows open especially if you live on the back side due to the level of noise created by trains and with them sometimes blowing the horn it is simply to loud So if you enjoy sleeping with the window open or letting fresh air in you would not be able to do so If you keep your patio door and windows closed the noise is more tolerable. Pets who are noise sensitive would not like this.I did ask questions in regards to noise before I signed a lease but didn't feel I got full disclosure. It wasn't until after I signed that I ran into other residents who told me about level of noise in their opinion. I don't think the ink had even dried and was told for lack of better words " to bad you already signed "... The bldg and grounds are nice and kept clean and all the people I've met have been friendly.. I accidentally left a new purchase on a cart then thinking I would get it back because it's a 55 plus bldg.. unfortunately whoever took my things kept them... Not a long term place for me personally
