I'm a college student and I came (well tried) to do a tour here for a study of aging paper. I picked this place because of the location but also because I thought it was unique from the other choices I had. I was wrong, it was impossible to contact anyone over phone, after trying repeatedly I just did a walk in, no one was in the office and I got laughed at by the residents and also a worker when I explained why I was there..for a tour.
