All utilities are included in the rent, and each floor has a laundry room. My apartment has a partial view of the Detroit river and Belle Isle, with beautiful morning sunrises. Unfurnished apartments with standard kitchen appliances ( Stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal). Air conditioning provided by window unit, which can cool the whole apartment. Bathroom has heater and fan for extra warmth and ventilation. Rooms are standard sized, but have carpets.

You are in a trance watching the the light of the moon shine down on the river at night. and when the sun rise, you hear birds chirping and the smell of the river with your window open and gazing down with a view of sail boats and birds singing ,you see some people jogging across the bridge of belle isle or down the river walk riding their bikes, it's just beautiful to live off the water

i have live at river tower apartments for 12 years, its a senior apts, it is
off the water, i can look at night, down town and see the beautiful lights
and during the day time i look out the window and see the bell isle bridge and God's little creatures running around i live on a fix income, now where are you going to find that kind of dream and we do help the homeless
