The Townhouses and Apartments are very comfortable. I have lived in a Townhouse from 1981 until May of 2017 at which time I moved to a 1-Bedroom Apartment in the same complex. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. There had been a real sense of community but we are under new management. This management is very uncooperative, unbending and stick to the established rules type of management. Old management did things that helped to blend all tenants into a functional community. This new management ... fosters no sense of community. Some of the perks that prior management had put in place are being stripped away. Yes, they may be little things. For example, packages could be delivered to the management office and then picked up by the tenant. Not a big thing but you could know your package delivery was safe. Now it is extending into bigger issues. If you want to rent a unit I would recommend it but be aware that management is not tenant friendly.
