As mentioned, it has been an excellent experience living here but when I applied
1 1/2 years ago, the rent, based on my income, was almost $300 less. That makes a huge difference. Love location, layout apt. amenities but the living cost for senior people is something that needs attention and consideration in order to maintain a healthy community.
