Terribly Managed. Routine maintenance problems take weeks to months.
Always smells like cigarette smoke on floor. Complained about malfunctioning heater for months. Still not fixed. Intercom hasn’t worked in 4 years I’ve been visiting. Nice tenants. Elderly and disabled. Management doesn’t care.
