Building maintenance could use some help. Apparently there are water leaks everywhere and the repair work is quite shoddy. My 5 year old could do a better job. Always spraying for bugs and there are mice. Some of the residents can be bullies, not a pleasant place to live if you don't "fit in". There is snickering in the halls as if you're back in school.
