A filthy ramshackle mess
Rats and mice have over-run the building, the residents are clichy and yet ridiculous and thieving. I had many packages from UPS or FedEx tampered with, and I was attacked in the elevator for not letting two big women into the elevator with me during the pandemic -- which is the policy of the building. The Management is indifferent.
