When we first arrived in 2022, the administrative staff was seriously lacking. We almost didn't renew when our contract was up. The only reason we stayed was only because we couldn't find housing/rentals available at that time. When Scott and Heather arrived we were delighted. They offered such efficiency, warmth and so many new community options that we were happy to renew.

However, we are very apprehensive about the new administration and likely higher rates. We are due to renew our contract... in June. It depends on the upcoming transition. We are looking into other options.
