De-motivational Abode of 20 years!
My family and I have lived in our small apartment for about 20 years--and each year the rent has gotten higher, but the quality has gotten worse. Literally 70% of the wall structure is cockroaches and rats. If you move in today, you get a new wood floor, nice wall paint and free laundry. And maybe bug spray. But if you've lived here as long as I have, you get none of that. After several attempts to move, 2 month without power, threats to be evicted, I'm not going to sugar coat anything--it sucks... here.
