Kennard Senior Living is now leasing Studio and 1 Bedroom apartments to individuals over age 50 in the newly renovated complex formerly the location of Kennard Elementary School. All units are on first floor with inside hallways with 24 hour... monitoring and secured doors at the entrances. Amenities include a Community Room with exercise equipment, large screen television, library, card tables, billiards and other games. Additionally, an onsite no cost laundry room, picnic tables, enclosed dog park and barbecue grill are provided for use by residents.
