We are a small community with only 60 apartments. We have something for everyone, from a studio... apartment that is approximately 640 SF to our garage units that are approximately 1100 SF. Come in with eyes wide open

Exterior has chipping paint & rotting wood. Wind blows thru windows. Maintenance theory is fix after broken with no routine upkeep.

my husband and i have been here a year and we love the management and maintenance they're very nice place to live for what all you get and the people are nice great Neighbors
