I am so sad! This little community would have been perfect for my elderly parents however my folks planned to well for their retirement years and can’t qualify. A blessing issue to have but not in this case. Sheila the property manager was super friendly and extremely helpful every step of the process. If you are 55+ please look into this property, you won’t be sorry.

I had been on a wait list. Unfortunately they had an opening 10 days after I signed a lease. I went back onto the wait list. Two months ago, I received a call from another wait list and accepted a unit in senior subsidized building. I had several conversations with Sheila at Beech Grove Station and she has been great! Based upon the customer service alone, I would highly recommend this property.

Beech Grove Station is a well managed and maintained place to live. Sheila, is a excellent manager and has worked well with me. She keeps me updated on my rental situation and answers my questions about the process of becoming a resident. The neighborhood is well maintained and beautiful. I often drive through the complex and think about how I will decorate my future apartment. I wish I would have known about Beech Grove Station earlier in my search for a home.
