11/08/2023...The Faust is in an ideal location in the downtown area. Buses run by daily every half hour during the day and hourly at night. All floors have gone through up keep with new carpeting and fresh paint. I've been here 5 years and know some people have problems with certain things but you can control that. Do you like Bed Bugs? How about roaches? Would you like to be ignored for months while the pest infest your entire apartment? How about having the building manager retaliate against you for reporting the pest. Look no further then the Faust. Where they take your money and then take over a week in a half to repair elevators. Don't go here. Find somewhere that respects you.

Nestled in the Forest City is the Faust Landmark. Our apartment was host to many important figures. JFK, Richard Nixon, James Dean , Rodney Dangerfield and the King of Sweden was here too. (I often think of Jackie O hanging her Oleg Cassinis in my closet. Too cool!) Now on the Nat. Reg. of Historic places it has to be pretty much kept as it once was.
