Circle Park Apartments - Units

I would say overall I’ve had a good experience. The new appliances are very beneficial, neighbors are friendly, and the area is just so exciting to explore. One thing that really bothers me though are the sewer/sink systems. Since there are more than 300 units (as I was told), the city requires that we have to take care of the waste that goes down the sink. So, a grease box is IN your apartment where its your responsibility, after the first year of living there, to take care of the old, nasty,... and horrible smell of all the grease and dirt particles that goes down your sink. And the smell is horrible if you have no blockage of the open sink.

I have lived in Circle Park for 30 years the amenities are washer dryer in all townhouses refrigerator stove wall-to-wall carpeting security private parking and a nice place to raise your kids. Only cats are allowed in the complex Close to transportation schools and hospitals

30 years

The title says it all. I have lived in this community for 30 years. I like this area because we have Little Italy. Bus service. Shopping Hospitals. Good schools. A good area for family & single people. This area is ALWAYS being improved. Come take a ride and see why I love it here in Circle Park Apts
