OK but unstable management
Not a bad place to live but it's hard to know what to expect when the management keeps changing. They also have a problem holding onto your paperwork. I was asked to resubmit documents 3 times once, and later they were telling me that they would evict me because I never turned anything in. What?
Location if you know Bloomington is not bad, there is public transportation & there is some shopping not too far from property.
The building is in better shape than some of this type which I have known... .

BETTER LIVING
I have loved living here. On site laundry. Close to grocery, drug store and other stores, bank and downtown. Bus stop right out front and everyone is so nice.
