INDEPENDENT LIVING:
River Bend’s Independent Living Program allows residents to maintain an active lifestyle while returning home to a secure building and welcoming neighbors. We understand the importance of staying connected to friends, loved ones, and being involved in the community. Receive all of the services and amenities of our Assisted Living Program except housekeeping, laundry and with one meal per day.

ASSISTED LIVING:
River Bend’s Assisted Living Program is designed to increase your independence and help you remain social and active by customizing a care plan that fits your individual wants and needs. No matter what your state of life, we encourage independence and offer activities that stimulate your mind and body. You can bring your furnishings and truly customize your home, your way. All apartments have a private living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath and walk-in shower. You can choose from several different floor plans.

MEMORY CARE:
River Bend Retirement’s new “Moments” Memory Care program offers a higher level of care for those who request or require additional support and services including those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. Our extensive Moments Memory Care program provides a secure environment and is designed to promote dignity, independence, and choice. Each resident has their own apartment with a private bathroom. Our Moments residents have access to all the amenities and services that are included in our Assisted Living Program, as well as a private secured patio, pet photo gallery, post office, spontaneous activities, and secured entrances and exits. We offer a variety of daily one-on-one and group activities to engage each resident in meaningful and fulfilling past times. They also participate in activities in our Assisted Living Program if suitable for their care plans. River Bend also has a program within Moments called “Closer Care” for those persons who need more time and attention with everyday Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), but may not necessarily have a form of dementia. ADL’s include assistance with mobility, bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and/or dressing. Dedicated 24 hour staffing is in closer proximity to provide care assistance as needed. Read More
