Beware of the property Manager
I had to finally move out after suffering numerous incidents from her and her children who illegally reside on the property. I am not alone, many residents have left as quick as they could. Apparently, the owners who are out of Valdosta either don't pay attention to the problems on site or don't care.
DO NOT RENT HERE!
