Bad unmanagement Broken Inside Building Equipment Ect. BUGS And Dirt!

My apartment complex is very safe and secure. Rent is based on income with all utilities included except for phone, cable or internet. Mostly the people in this building is 62 and I am the youngest person in the building and get disability. All of the apartments are nice and so are the staff. If we have any maintenance issues they are resolved quickly. We have some woods to the side of the lot where we see deer and all kinds of wildlife and it is a peaceful place to live. We all even have... medic alert pennants we wear just incase we fall or have an emergency. There are 40 apartments in this 3 story building and it has an elevator.
