Avana Uptown has been my home for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier. The maintenance team is top-notch, and any issues are addressed promptly. The manager and assistant manager, Juavon, are both kind and helpful. Juavon, in particular, goes above and beyond to address any concerns I may have, and his responsiveness is greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Avana Uptown!

The front office always leave packages outside to get stolen by whoever because the gate is ALWAYS broken so there’s always random people in the complex stealing packages that the leasing office just abandons

Please know that we take your feedback seriously. Our team is actively working with our gate repair vendor to resolve the current mechanical failures, and we’ve been in close communication with them to find a permanent solution. We understand how important this is to you and the community, and it remains a top priority.
We’re also reviewing our package handling practices to ensure better security and coordination moving forward.

Avanna uptown is a nice apartment. No complaints. It’s a quiet community with no issues. It’s very rare that you will hear noise and the hallways are always clean!

Avana Uptown is a beautiful community with a lot of potential. I have lived here for over a year and enjoy the quiet and solitude of the property. I wish that the amenities were consistently available and operational. However, it has not been the case. Management is very respectful and courteos, and so are the maintenance staff.
