Experience has been nice so far. I would recommend and refer a future tenant to live here. I do want to shout out Mr. Walter’s he’s part of the maintenance crew. He goes above and beyond to assist tenants.

Avanna Uptown was better two years ago. Now it is kinda going downhill. Overall, it isn’t a bad apartment but some things could be improved to accommodate residents.

Very quiet community not much bad to say the staff is patient and attentive to my needs and for the most part the property is kept up to standard

I love my apartment! It is spacious. The grounds are cleaned regularly. The parking garage always has open spaces close to my apartment. & overall I feel safe living here.
