The Oliver is a great place to live, It is very clean and very peaceful. However, the management does not respond on the community app anymore. I have reached out about the fans being left on in the hallway during winter time and never got a response. I began to realize after quite a few unanswered messages that nobody is reading them. My key fob does not work for the parking garage and i am forced to park in reserved spots as i have not gotten assistance or response on this and our parking deck... is typically full fast.
