BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!!
The entire building is infested with roaches. They're on the walls in the hallways, around the coffee canisters in the dining room. Residents are getting bed bugs from sitting in the communal chairs - chairs that are fabric and have never been cleaned. At least three residents are battling bed bugs with ZERO help from management.
