Walls are thin. Neighbors can be loud, especially at night.
Cute apartments at a great price. Maintenance is great.

MARINERS LANDING
I had lived in these apt before, moved to another town. I wanted to come back to Fort Myers and Mariners . I had to wait for an apt and ended up on 3rd floor. I asked for 1st floor due to being disabled. I am now on 1st floor. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The buildings are not new, but they are nice and comfortable. Mgmnt changes occasionally but good people are picked. If not, they are soon changed. Maintenance is superb. You report something and it gets fixed, if not an... emergency, within a day or two. Emergencies immediately. This is what makes for good apartment living, and we are within a mile or 2 of shopping, bus transportation, and, of course, fast food.
