I have been living at the Residences at Monterra Commons since April 2023 and couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here. The complex is stunningly beautiful and well kept.

The front office staff was so helpful in making our out-of-state move a seamless one. All of the move in paperwork was done online in a very easy to use resident portal. All of the staff are very professional, courteous and helpful.

This complex has all the amenities you could ever want in a rental property: Pool... (heated/salt water), gym, sauna, theatre, crafts, pickle ball and more. Terrible management will not return calls, emails or communicate with you after you signed a lease that is 40 pages long.
Water is putrid, black dirt coming out of faucets and smells like rotten eggs. We had to put in water filters under each sink to be able to drink the water and they charged us $250 to remove them.
Expensive decor, and doors to each apartment have large gaps under the door so that in the event of a fire smoke will fill all apartments…..don’t go there….
