My parents moved in January 2020 - they loved the beautiful building and all the residents. However, they couldn’t stand the poor food and tiny portions. They sent pictures and emailed the Executive Director. She hired a new chef and the food further declined. I reached out to corporate Life Care Services for help. A SVP admitted many residents, workers, and family members are complaining about the Executive Director. With better management this place could be outstanding.
