“Luxury” at its WORST!
If I could give 0 rating I would. This building is NOT LUXURY at all! Appliances are the worst, sub par I have ever seen. Oven is not self cleaning, and I need to cook at 425 degrees to roast veggies! The walls are like PAPER-thin. If you value sleep and enjoy quality quiet time or work from home- well forget! You’re not getting it here!! And if you think this “management” cares about overfilled trash, no paper towels in the bathrooms, you should really reconsider. They will gladly take all your... money and really not care about you as a person. The apartment has NO STORAGE in the kitchen or the bathroom (great idea, architects! ). The coffee machine is almost always broken but they fail to actually fix it and get a new one. Machines in the gym are constantly Out of order. Not to mention there are no shades/tints on the windows and too cheap to get them after I’ve raised this several times. So be prepared to get floaters in your eyes as you’re working out in the summer. Speaking of summer, that is when the sun hits the pool when it’s 110 degrees outside but not during the winter (again, great design, architects!) the parking is a rip off (guests have only 24 HOURS PER MONTH) not to mention not secured since the gate is always broken. The only thing that’s nice is Robert the facility director who tries his best with the limited resources that he has. Oh and the stupid Hotwire is always having some issues and you pay $110 for the most basic channels- complete rip off. So if you have endless amount of money to pour down the drain, never want to sleep and hear your neighbors or cars on federal at all hours , along with nasty management, please apply to 101. Otherwise don’t waste your time.

No peace and quiet
This used to be a fairly pleasant building. Now there are moving trucks blocking the driveway day in and day out. On a recent Saturday there were 4 trucks at one time. Absolutely no peace and quiet with the constant commotion. Unfortunately as there is also no freight elevator this causes major headaches and frustration with the elevators. Oftentimes these movers are using both of the elevators in our building wing making for impossible waits to get in and out of the building. We continue to... bring it to the attention of management yet nothing changes.

Worst management EVER. Walls are paper thin. Building is dirty and not maintained well. Significant staff turnover. Unresponsive and incompetent management.

Toothless rules
Management is NOT enforcing COVID rules here. Many people are in the gym unmasked and they are not required to be masked which I feel strongly is wrong. They bring pets into the cyber cafe even though it is banned. These are NOT service animals. One of the elevators was broken yesterday and we all had to wait ages for the other one. Stairs cannot be used. People in the cyber cafe are often unmasked. I've seen children running in the cyber cafe without socks and shoes, barefoot. They monopolize... the computers to play games. What about the rest of us who want to use these computer stations? My screen door for the patio is missing. They have tried three times to install it in two weeks to no avail. WiFi in the gym is horrendous and I lost my WiFi signal when I came back to the apartment. God help people who rent apartments on the north side with the hotel construction. There will be tons of dust coming into their units. That's why I avoided renting on that side. The coffee machine does not allow you to get coffee! Isn't that crazy? Only one of the other choices!
This is such a nice building with many amenities. It is sad to see this many problems here. It could be the top apartment complex in all of Boca only if management cared about us.

Overpriced and Poor Mgmt
These are extremely expensive and not managed well. There was always dog poo and pee in the elevators and common areas. The doors are keyless and twice I was locked out of my apartment, many people have complained about this.
