Need more maintenance

They only have three people who work in keeping the building clean and making sure everything is in working order. This is a wonderful building, sometimes the rugs are not very clean and to many people smoking in there apartment. Maintenance needs help. I think the people in the management office can use some help as well, they seem to be over worked. Thank you for your time.
