This place is a nightmare!

This has got to be one of the most inaccurate descriptions of a place to rent I have ever read. Firstly, there is rarely a 3 bedroom available as out of all 37 units there are only 4 of them and as for the 1 bedrooms only 2 units are that size so the other 32 are 2 bedrooms and if you don't "qualify" for a 2 bedroom you will not get one. Qualifying basically means if they want to put you in one or not. There are more than a few 2 bedrooms occupied by only one person and the waiting list for ALL... of these units is not only quite lengthy but again will ultimately depend on whether they want you to have not just if you pass muster and qualify. The property manager is on site only when the mood strikes her. The excuses she has for this are endless and it leads to difficulty and appointments being kept and her receiving your rent on time (which will lead her to send your name to a lawyer and attempt to evict you if she doesn't show up until after the 10th so the date on her receipt for your rent will state it was given after the 10th of the month.) It is absolutely NOT smoke free. People including staff smoke right outside the buildings and the smell from the apartments of the people that smoke inside pours out into hallways. They seem to have a HUGE issue will getting repairs done not only in a reasonable and timely manner but they're not done correctly so residents are forced to contact "management" repeatedly in regards to the same issue and as for Carr Property Management, I can't speak for the entire business but if its other representatives are anything like the snake her oversees Station Place then they have a serious problem. He is ruthless, he treats the younger families like trash and he lies to get away with ignoring laws, policies and rules for a variety of unsavory reasons. Its terrifying. Bottom line is that place is falling apart. Cheap fixes are done here and there to make the appearance that its not but it indeed is. There are far to many better places to move your family where you don't have to tolerate that high stress, torturous environment.
