Tons of events and free food come with this apartment. The maintenance staff are great. Overall a great value for how nice the apartment is.

The Staff at Renew Foothills is awesome and very responsive! The grounds are well maintained and a pleasure to walk our dog in. We Love our new home!

I really enjoy the location. It is close to restaurants and the grocery store. I also enjoy how pet friendly it is. I love seeing all of the pets walking around the complex.

If you live 1st or 2nd floor of this apartment complex, then you'd better hope your neighbors above you are considerate cause the floors are VERY squeaky and audible. You will hear every single foot step, including animals. Expensive for a very old building but great location and helpful folks running the place. Sketchy folks dumpster diving at night but seem mostly harmless so far.
