Solano Vista Senior Apartments is not up to Standard
I’ve only resided here for (2)months and have found based on my personal experience that it is substandard. The Staff has a high turnover and are primarily part-tme or temporary employees. The office is often closed and the mailman has often been locked out and not able to deliver the mail in a timely manner.
The Main Headquarters is located in MS and is a Million Dollar Development Corp and they have Regional Offices across the US . Their holdings include Residential Properties, Senior... Apartments and a Management Company called WinnResidential is not responsive to their residents here at Solano Vista Senior Apartments. Unless there is an immediate turnaround of their services, I can not with good conscious recommend the apartments to or for anyone.
