The manager lives on site, and the owner has an apartment for when she is in town. There are some restaurants in the area (Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, Jack in the box, and others), Walgreens, Gas stations. Bus transportation in walking distance. Hospital's. Very close to Downtown Stockton.
