SEASONS 2 - POOR MANAGEMENT, NO COMMUNICATION
Maintenance is almost non-existent. The last maintance person was lazy but manager did nothing about it. Hallways aren't kept clean or vacuumed, lobby trash is emptied once a week!, the laundry rooms smell like something has died in the walls. Ask a question of manager and she 'will get back to you' - never hear from her. The manager does not understand the needs of the elderly, she updated the clubhouse to look like a model so no one wants to use it. They used to have classes, book club, etc... , the new manager says it doesn't fit with the kind of residents she wants to attract. So glad I left!!!!!

small, noisy and not affordable for affordable housing
Currently Roaches in the D building. They spray but still having problems after multiple sprays. The management company Western National will not tent the apt because they dont want to spend the money. Floods, air conditioning issues and wont offer residents alternate living (Hotel) while issue is being resolved. You have to confront them to get alternate living arrangements. Seen so many seniors afraid to do that and just put up with the problems. FYI...Western National Property Management is... terrible. Has to be practically a disaster to have them get you a hotel and even at that its like pulling teeth.
