It’s better than living on the street
Pros: It’s a place to live, new construction so the units aren’t old and moldy like most in the area. Cons: parking is a issue, the parking garage belongs to the staff and they friends, street parking is hard to find, elevators don’t work, the property is dirt, human waste outside of the building and inside the stairwell.
leasing office staff is unfriendly, and lack proper professional demeanor, they seem shady and untrustworthy. There are better options out there tbh.
