Bayview Landing Senior Apartment Homes

This is a beautiful senior affordable housing community across the street from the Back Bay of Newport Dunes Resort. It is 3 minutes from Fashion Island shopping and restaurants, and 3 minutes from Balboa Island. There are walking trails everywhere. Our property has a beautiful, pool; heated year round. There are lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and an outdoor fireplace at one end of the pool; close to the spa. There is a gorgeous club room with fireplace & kitchen, a movie theater, a... workout room, laundry rooms, elevators, and trash chutes. The property is beautifully maintained, with lots of trees, and green and flowering plants around us. The Oasis senior center is close. There is public transportation that comes to the property for seniors. There are one and two bedroom apartments; many with beautiful sunset views of the Back Bay in Newport Beach, California. It is a perfect retirement, independent living community and I love living here!!!

Senior living at its best!

A 62 plus senior community, where the management, and maintenance, 'jump' to help you! Imagine that!
The well-groomed complex boasts a, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, theater, computer room, postal area, and a laundry room, on each and every floor.
Surrounding the manicured grounds, are the Back Bay wetlands and Newport Dunes.
The proximity makes this a pleasant walk, where you can enjoy Newport Bay Nature Reserve, right in your back yard!
The Newport Dunes allows neighbors free... walk in entrance, and a 5% discount for purchases at their little market.
Bay View Landing is truly a place where, 'The Golden Years Glow!'
