I wanted to rent the studio but said I didn't make enough money I am currently renting a one bedroom in Monrovia so how is it they say I can't afford a studio This is under new management and is not a senior or low income

Heritage Park is a very nice place to live. They maintain the property very nice ,maintenance is prompt when you put in a work order and the job is always done Correctly. Maintenance person is very polite and good personality.

I have been violated with my personal belongings! I have been robbed while I was out doing errands.I and many others have been robbed while we are out! I believe that it is 2 people. 1 is a hired care giver and the other has master keys and both work together. I have told the Heritage Management that is on site, they won't investigate the person that hold the keys and anyone that has access. I beg Heritage to investigate deeper in to this real problem that is poisoning and ruining the lives of... the apartment community! If anyone else has this same crime happening to them please!,please! don't go silent!
