The school is across the street from historic Chumash park and close to Old Agoura and Chesebro State Park. It is so inspiring to take a walk in Chesebro, but keep your beloved pets on their lease as the coyotes are hanging out in plain site. If you take the path up the hill from the parking area you can literally walk next to the hawks and crow, but poor cell reception. Chumash is lovely for a picnic and summer concerts in the park. If you want to have the best Italian meal out of Italy try Basta in the Wizzen Center, my favorite appetizer is the artichoke and burrata. If you love steak try their aged prime rib. The Agoura cinema is a classic with discount Sunday movies. I love this theater even though they still have stadium chairs.
