Love living here! The apt is roomy and well laid out. Lots of windows. Close to hospitals and doctors. The amenities are nice. Fun activities. Good and caring neighbors. One of my concerns is the appliances. They are old and don't work well.

San Sebastián is a lovely 55 community. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. They have an abundance of activities to meet everyone’s interests. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and secure. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I live in a 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment. The maintenance crew, John and George, are always very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are fixed in a timely manner.
