Parkview Court Apartments, Fillmore,CA
Filthy carpets in hallways, Rats, Roaches,
Old air conditioning wall units for many apartments (favoritism is consistent). Washers/Dryers are old on certain floors.The Recycling and Trash areas are disgusting. Live-in manager is lazy and offers very little to respond to problems!
