Nice Place to Live, Amenities Listed Not Accurate

This is a beautiful complex nestled in a lovely area of Dixon CA. This is a LIHTC complex that accepts Choice Vouchers, too (at the time of this review).

While the Community Center may have some of the amenities listed, individual apartments do not have washer and dryer hookups (there are several community laundry rooms), ceiling fans, trash compactors, dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, microwaves, warming drawers or walk-in closets. Those without a medical reason, do not receive an... assigned parking spot.

What I do love about this complex is the apartments have a really nice, open floor plan; there are large elevators for those in wheelchairs, those who have problems climbing stairs, or for carrying heavy items. They have an onsite food bank and community events and garden boxes for residents with a green thumb.
