There are good things and bad. I like the location and the security. I do not like the over flowing trash cans outside. I’d like to know what to do when the fire alarm goes off.

I've been living at the Village at Aspen Place for 5 years. My experience has been positive. I like the neighborhood, the convenience location, the views from my apartment, the restaurants and shops around the neighborhood. The staff is friendly as well.

Great location convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods. Very short walk to downtown Flagstaff. Well maintained spaces. Good amenities - fitness room, massage therapist onsite, indoor mail and package concierge, indoor garbage chutes, and recycling available.

This apartment complex has overall been great. The amenities are largely in working order and are great, the convenience of living above retail and dining is fantastic. Management and maintenance are overall really helpful and top notch, things like little events and communicative emails really are nice. The only issues we have had come from residents, who simply do not care about what the lease says. VAP is a great place to live, the neighbors are friendly and everyone is very kind. The building is clean and taken care of. I can tell that there is a focus on resident satisfaction here.
