We have really enjoyed living here. Just about a year and a half and it has been overall great. As with any apartment, sometimes noise and smells can be an issue but having been to other apartments, this place is by far the best. We would like to see some amenities get fixed up as they are advertised as a feature but otherwise, we love it here!

This is by far the best apartment I have stayed in. The amenities are so nice and I love grilling outside. The large closet space is well worth the money

We really like living here. The residents are friendly, we love all the dogs, the amenities, walking to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants. We love the park down the way and how close we are to downtown Flagstaff. The apartment itself is beautiful. We really do love it.

There are good things and bad. I like the location and the security. I do not like the over flowing trash cans outside. I’d like to know what to do when the fire alarm goes off.

Thank you for your review , I have noted your concerns about the trash and contacted the HOA , unfortunately any smoke detected in the hallway will trigger the smoke alarm . I have sent requests to the residents to rather open the patio door and not... the hallway door if they experience smoke ifrom cooking in their apartment , best always , Naomi Nicholls Community manager
